ENERGIZER® POWER EVERY MOMENT CAMPAIGN 2026

Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are between you and Energizer Singapore Pte. Ltd located at 25 Gul Way, Singapore 629197 (the “Organiser”) and will be treated as having final say in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications, such as advertising or promotional materials, of the Administrator, Elitez (FMCG) Pte Ltd, with its registered address at 2 Kallang Ave, #06-28 CT Hub, Kallang, Singapore 339407(the “Administrator”) will be administering this Promotion on the Organiser’s behalf.

Participation instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions, and by participating, all participants are considered to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please keep a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility

This Contest is open to residents of Singapore aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Organizer, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion. Energizer will not be responsible for any under-age entries.

2. Receipt Retention

Please retain an itemised receipt that states the date of purchase & on-pack promotion sticker with unique code prior, but within the Promotion Period, as this is required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize.

3. The Contest is open from 00:01 GMT on the 1 January 2026 and 23:59 GMT on the 31 March 2026 inclusive.

Participation Instructions

4. PURCHASE OF ANY ENERGIZER® PRODUCT TO ENTER THIS CONTEST.

Below are the steps needed by Participants to enter the contest:

  • STEP 1: Purchase any eligible Energizer® batteries, battery chargers or lighting products within the Contest Period. (Purchase of licensed Energizer® products are not eligible for entry. These include automotive/marine batteries, USB chargers and power banks.)
  • STEP 2: Scan the QR code or visit www.energizercampaign.com (the “Energizer Campaign Website”) to upload the picture of your receipt and provide your full name, email address and contact number.

5. Participants will receive an email to their submitted email address used to participate, acknowledging their participation.

6. Other Contest Details

Upon submission, each registered user gets 1 game chance with every upload of 1 receipt (forfeited at 11:59 GMT, end of day, if not utilised).

For additional game chances, user may:

(i) Use the one-time use unique code on the scratch code obtained from in-store activations.

Upon verification of valid entry, registered user will receive an acknowledgement AND/OR Prize Collection details via the email address entered.

Any additional scratch chance(s) that are not utilised is/are forfeited at 11:59 GMT 31st March 2026, end of day.

Submission Rules

7. Maximum of 1 submission is permitted per valid receipt. We reserve the right to suspend any account that has made:
- ENTRIES WITH DUPLICATED RECEIPT NUMBERS, OR
- IS SUSPECTED OF ENGAGING IN FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOURS to gain an unfair advantage.

8. ENTRIES WITH UNCLEAR DETAILS SHALL BE FORFEITED.

9. One itemised receipt per entry receipt must state the date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotional Period.

10. Participant will be prompted to state the date of purchase, which must fall within the Contest Period and pre-date the entry date and time.

11. Participants must retain the original receipts submitted throughout the Promotional Period for verification and redemption of Prizes.

FAILURE TO PRESENT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT (HARD COPY/DIGITAL COPY) AT POINT OF PRIZE REDEMPTION/DELIVERY WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZES.

13. Participating Outlets

The Energizer® Contest is open to all participating:

  • FairPrice, Giant, Sheng Siong and Cold Storage outlets
  • Traditional trade stores (Prime supermarket, YES Supermarket, Good Luck supermarket, iEcon grocery store, Mama convenience shops, CK Department Store and other neighbourhood grocery outlets) island-wide; as well as
  • Energizer official store on Shopee Singapore: https://shopee.sg/energizerofficial and

General Rules of Game Play

14. Registration is open to individuals (“Participants”) who:

  • (i) are legal residents of Singapore.
  • (ii) are 18 years of age and above at the start of the contest period. Participants below 18 years of age need to seek parental or guardian consent before participating in Energizer Power Every Moment Campaign 2026 contest.
  • (iii) Each Participant shall make full and honest disclosure of particulars as requested in the Contest. Any misrepresentation of any facts or particulars may result in disqualification, forfeiture or withdrawal of any prize won at the Organiser’s sole discretion.

15. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account on Contest site at any time if you are suspected of using any cheats, technological measures, or other methods designed to hack the system, or if you are found in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Data Privacy

16. We may collect and use participant’s personal data for any or all of the following purposes:

  • (i) perform obligations in the course of, or in connection with our provision of the goods and/or services requested by participants;
  • (ii) verifying participants’ identity;
  • (iii) responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from participants,
  • (iv) announcing the contest results on the Organiser’s Facebook/Instagram pages,
  • (v) or for any other purposes for which participants have provided the information.

17. Entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by and on behalf of the Organiser, which is the data controller. The personal data that the Organiser collects from entrants and about their visits to the Energizer Campaign Website will be processed to administer the Contest and for the Organiser’s market research and marketing campaigns. 18. The Participant agrees and consents to the Organiser and/or its advertising and promotional agencies using the Participant’s name, the Participant’s public Facebook profile information and/or the Participant’s Contest Post for Energizer Power Every Moment advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

19. It is a condition of the Contest that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, and in particular that the decisions of the Organiser on any matters whatsoever arising out of or connected with the Contest are final.

20. Energizer® Power Every Moment Campaign 2026 Contest Prizes:

  • • Grand Prize: 1x 999 Energizer Branded Gold Bar, worth S$5,000 (1 Winner)
  • • Runner Up Prize: 1x Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (256GB), worth S$1,899 (1 Winners)
  • • Consolation Prize: 1x iPad Air 11” WiFi, worth S$1,049 (1 Winner)
  • • Consolation Prize: 1x Capitaland eVoucher, worth S$5 (400 Winners)

Winner Selection

21. Selection of winner shall be based on the individual Participants who has accrued the most Points on the Contest leaderboard at the end of the contest period.

Winner Notification

22. Each winner [or runner up] will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of their Prize, within 7 days of initial contact. If a winner or runner up does not respond to the initial contact within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify that winner [or runner up]. If a winner [or runner up] is disqualified, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners and runners up may have less time to respond.

23. Should the winner be uncontactable, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner, forfeit the prize or donate the prize to charity.

Prize Acceptance & Delivery

24. Participant is allowed to send multiple entries. However, eligible participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (01) prize.

25. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all applicable taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.

26. Prizes images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Prize's colour and model is subject to availability.

27. The Prizes are non-transferrable. There are no alternatives to the Prize offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

28. In the event of a dispute, the winner’s entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final decision of the Organiser. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

29. Winners [and runners up] will receive their prize within 90 days of acceptance of their Prize. Prizes will be delivered to the Winner’s local residential address provided to the Organiser through email communication or WhatsApp Private Message (PM).

30. Any missed delivery in the case that the customer is absent, or re-delivery request as a result of erroneous or incomplete address provided, or will be at the Winner’s own expense.

Disclaimer of Liability

31. The Organiser will not accept responsibility for Contest entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

32. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.

33. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organiser, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organiser, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

34. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organiser, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Contest or the awarding of Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

35. In entering the Contest, the participant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Prize. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to requiring proof that the participant is eligible to enter the Contest (which must be provided within 14 days) and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Contest and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Contest’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest or redeem using fraudulent means. The Organiser will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding.

36. This Contest is in no way sponsored, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any of the brands of the prizes included in this campaign.

37. By participating, all participants and Prize Winner(s) hereby release the Organiser and their respective affiliates from and against any and all liability, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, damage or loss of property in any way arising from the Contest and the awarding, fulfilment, acceptance and use or misuse of the Prize.

38. Energizer and the Organizer are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the brands of the prizes included in this campaign, including but not limited to Apple or Capitaland Mall etc, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

39. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

40. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

41. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
